1. Harvest Fee (local): $150 (Beef hanging 1000+lbs and emergencies $250)
2.Cut/Wrap: $1.25/LB (Bone-out/burger cow $1.35/lb)
3. Standard Cut Split Side Quarters: $35 each

Lamb/Goat/Alpaca Pricing:

Flat Rate for Harvest/Cut/Wrap: $200

Hog Pricing

1. Harvest Fee: $115 (Hogs hanging over 300lbs and emergencies $150)
2. Cut/Wrap: $1.25/LB
3. Cure/Smoke: $2/LB
4. Bulk Sausage: $1.50/lb Breakfast/Italian/German (other flavors add .50/lb)

Specialty Sausage:

1. German, Potato, HOT Italian, Brat, Pepperoni, Pepperstick, Jalapeno, Teriyaki
2. Add cheese: $1.50 /LB
3. Add Jalapenos: .75/LB
4. Add Maple: .50/LB
Special Bulk Add: $0.95/LB

Fresh Link: $2.50/LB (stuffed hog casing)
Smoked Link: $4.75/LB (stuffed hog casing)
Summer/Salami: $4.00/LB
Snackstick: $5.50/LB
Custom Cure: $2.50/LB
